ESOS is a mandatory energy assessment scheme, designed to ensure that specific organisations in the UK understand their energy consumption and the opportunities to reduce it. As ESOS Lead Assessors, we can conduct energy surveys and help you identify and implement the appropriate energy saving measures to achieve compliance.
Domestic & Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
A Domestic or Commercial EPC provides an assessment of the intrinsic energy efficiency of a property (based on the physical characteristics) with ratings from between A to G, where A represents most efficient and G the least efficient.
Net Zero Carbon Surveys and Audits
With mandatory Net Zero Carbon targets being required by 2050, we help organisations comply with policy, including conducting energy assessments and identifying low carbon technology alternatives.
Heat Decarbonisation Plans (HDP)
We provide HDP services including strategic support for local authorities, schools and leisure centres with de-carbonisation and moving to renewable energy technology.
Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations
